At Urban Capital we tailor our service programs for each building we develop, typically with on-site personal and specific customer service representatives. The service program for your particular building is set out in detail in your Homeowners Guide, which you can download here. However, if after you have contacted your service rep you would still like to contact us at our head office, please email us and we should be back to you within two business days. Please remember to identify your building and unit number, briefly explain your service issue, and advise us of the best means to get back to you.
