McGill Ouest, Urban Capital’s first development in Montreal, is a two-phase, 244 unit development in the coveted district adjacent to McGill Street, between Old Montreal and the Cité du multimedia. Like East Market in Ottawa, it introduced high-design “new-loft” condominiums to a market where they had not existed before. Launched in late 2003, the first phase of McGill Ouest was completed in 2006, and the second phase in 2008.
